DThe DISC Index
 is the most contemporary interpretation of Dr. William Marston’s groundbreaking work into understanding and measuring a person’s natural behavioural style. Understanding individual behavioural preferences and habits is crucial when working with team members, as a leader or manager of others, or in an environment that requires conflict resolution.

Marston’s research identified four behavioural traits that are observable and measurable; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. Understanding these traits can help a person to understand their own behaviour and that of those around them, offering the opportunity for enhanced engagement with colleagues and staff. The DISC Index can be used in a wide variety of situations, such as selection and hiring, succession planning and team development.
